Honestly, it was a disaster dealing with dealers who listed the vehicle online only to tell me that it wasn't available. That was, until I contacted VW of St. Augustine. We had some work done of our 2015 EOS, and they always wash the car before returning it. The car wash knocked a small cover plate off the passenger side of the car. Robin was the best person to deal with. They ordered a new plate, had to paint it, and it took them about 3 hours to install the cover plate. There was never a question about cost. They covered it. Our thanks for them being a great business to work with.

All these other five star reviews are well earned. VW of St. Augustine has a great range of inventory and our salesman, Darrick, was an expert about all the features and trim differences. We had a pretty well defined budget—Oliver, the sales manager, and Jer in Finance helped us figure out how to get as close as possible to that number. It was a seamless, efficient, and transparent transaction. This is a dealership I would highly recommend to my family and friends. Big thanks to the whole team at VW of St. Augustine!

After losing my home and vehicle in a recent house fire, I needed to regain my independence, but was in no rush to make a purchase. Darrick, Oliver, and David were absolutely amazing! Their patience with me as I had to find important information that was no longer easily accessible due to being destroyed, their willingness to help me find the best financing, their understanding as I needed to take my time making my decision and their follow up post sale helped me so much. Then, Bill and John, the delivery guys were on time, communicative, and very friendly. I would take my own family members here to shop for a vehicle. They have not only earned my business, they've earned my trust.

Very impressed with Marco in the service department, he was very accommodating and thorough I brought my Volkswagen Taos in For 15,000 mile service. There were multiple issues that I needed addressed and every single thing was looked into and fixed. I found a couple different times and I was always able to get through to Marco and get a rapid response and rectification to the issue. I love my Volkswagen Taos

Deceptive dealership! Katrina did not do her job. Oliver and David sent threats of suing because they did not do their due diligence before signing papers. They even took possession of my vehicle and gave me possession of the vehicle from them. I traded in my truck for an SUV and even after pictures were exchanged, paperwork fully signed, and the dealer exchanging vehicles with me they called threatening to sue and repossess my SUV all because they did not see the damage in the photos I sent them. They clearly did not use the zoom feature. I spoke with a lawyer and I was well within my rights to keep the vehicle since all parties signed the contract. But was told it would be lengthy and I would have to put a lot of money on retainer. We decided to just go with another dealer. I will be reporting them to the state agencies though for deceptive practices.
