June 21st 2023 I went to St Augustine Volkswagen to look at a used Mustang GT. I had the pleasure to work with Josh Williams and finance manager Joe Homann. I had the best car buying experience and recommend this dealership. I was surprised to be in and out in about 2 and 1/2 hours.I am very pleased with my Mustang and so happy that I got to meet such wonderful people.

I had the pleasure of handling a purchase of a used car for my boss, that Volkswagen of St. Augustine sold to him. Eddie Davis, was an Angel and handled every item I needed handled. Gave me information on the car as needed and anything else I needed Eddie was on it and prompt, and professional. This car was being shipped to California and the owners were a bit nervous as they had been burned in the past, but Eddie, kept in constant contact with me throughout the process and was such an asset to us throughout the transaction. Never have I experienced such ease in assisting with the purchasing a vehicle, and I would highly recommend working with Eddie Davis at Volkswagen of St. Augustine.

I was there for service AND perhaps a purchase. Both went very well, although, I've been VW for 30+ years, but now they offer NOTHING that really interests me. I feel I've settled for second best, and it hurts.

Great dealership, friendly staff and quick reliable service….. rates and pricing is fair and reasonable. What more? Maybe lollipops?

I dealt with Derrick and he was wonderful We did everything by phone, text, and internet. Joe the finance manager was also great, I live an hour away and they were able to have the car delivered to my home. I would definitely buy a car again from them.

This is our 4th VW. The last one Darrick delivered to our home. Deal was done in 3 hours. This time was just as quick and they handled everything by text.
