He listened to what I wanted in a new vehicle, and gave me several options to consider. He carefully explained all of the options on each vehicle. He also listened to my expectations on the trade-in value and the pricing of my new vehicle. He worked to meet my exceptions. He was very kind when he was explaining the new vehicle technology, and he synched my cell phone to my new vehicle. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with.
