Fast service when needed

We had no appointment for service of oil change and rotating tires. Within an hour of driving up to the door we were finished. Thanks to everyone.

Oil change well done

I did not have an appointment and brought my car in for a oil change.. I was taken care of in the express lane and waited for my car. I was only there for 1 hour or less.

Great service outweighs my dissatisfaction with Jeep

My 2015 Wrangler Rubicon wouldn’t start and nothing electrical worked. It was dead. At first seemed like a simple bad battery; but it was fully charged. Bob Peppler at the service desk quickly had the problem bracketed as a complete electrical failure because of the faulty integrated power module (TPIM). He ordered the part, kept me informed, scheduled the install, and had me on the way next day. I’m pretty upset with Jeep for having such an important and critical part not lasting more than 50 months, out of warranty, costing cost me $1,000. Bob was very timely letting me know the progress and was sensitive to my frustration with Jeep. It was a pleasure working with him. And I appreciate the friendly free quick shuttle service to and from my home.

Bob is Great

Bob is great and is handling a difficult problem. I'm not happy with Chrysler not wanting to honor the extended lifetime warranty for excessive oil consumption in my 2013 Jeep with only 37K miles, telling me it is okay to consume 1 qt oil in 500 miles. I couldn't even drive the vehicle 3K miles between oil changes during a consumption test without adding 2 quarts of oil after the engine went into limp mode. Even after 2 quarts added was still 2 quarts low when I brought to the dealer. That is the third time this has happened. Like I said Bob is great handling a tough situation. I am not sure if chrysler or the dealer is to blame. I am now on my 4th consumption test because they won't honor the warranty.

Very Few Words

I have been going to Wade Jeep / for work on Chrysler and Jeep .. for months now .... maybe a year or so and Jason Pipenhage the service man has been very helpful and always a pleasure to do business with. Good employee.

Tony Han, Manager is the worst.

I live about 5 hours away from Saint George, and have been looking at a 2008 dodge 3500, the listing is at $16,000, and marked as road worthy and ready to go. So I called and set up an appointment to go look at it, and was preparing to buy it. We got there around 2 p.m. and about 10 seconds after we opened the hood we noticed that the water pump was spraying coolant, so we opened up the reserves, nothing, we opened the radiator cap, again, nothing. Both of them were bone dry with absolutely no signs of any coolant for who knows how long. So we showed the salesman who went and got the "used car manager" Tony Han who, when we told him that it was leaking told us that it had just been snowing, like we don't know what the difference between coolant and water is, basically acting like we were idiots. We had no idea how long the truck had been run without coolant, yet we still offered him $12,000 cash right now. Instead of giving us a counter offer he laughed in our face and walked off. Only to turn around and whine about how had $19,000 into the truck and was losing money on it already. I don't believe for one second that he took that truck as a trade in and gave the guy even $17,000 off of another vehicle. So I left them a message on Facebook only for him to call me and tell me I could buy the truck for $1,000 higher than it is listed, because he fixed the water pump. Do not come here to buy a vehicle ever.

Recall Service

Made an appointment and brought my truck in on a Saturday morning to get 3 recalls/services done. Took a shuttle home. Within a couple hours they were done. Called for a shuttle back and they arrived quickly. Everything went extremely smooth which is unlike the service you get anywhere else nowadays.

Routine Service

Routine oil change and transmission fluid change. Service techs get you in and out and always keep up updated on the work and time remaining if you are waiting for your vehicle. Highly recommend dealership to everyone. Staff is super friendly and always willing to get your issue or problem solved.

Did a good job.

Had a long wait for the work to be completed, but it was not the fault of the service agent; bad weather delayed arrival of techs to do the work. Tom did a super job!

Awesome service as usual

Super quick very friendly professional service of both my Dodge Ram Diesel pickup and my Jeep Renegade. Working with Carlyle in the service department is always a pleasure. He is very helpful!
