Always professional

Every time I have had to rely on the service department at Wade's they have come thru with flying colors. I will use them every time.

Unplanned Helpful Hand

I started up our Jeep Wrangler Unlimited this morning and saw the engine light along with noticing the smell of antifreeze. Our radiator somehow broke and we needed to be replaced. Stephen Wade Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram service department took us in under an unscheduled appointment and fixed the car. Because it was late in the day, they gave us a loaner car to use overnight. We are grateful that we have such a helpful place in times like these. I do not know what we would have done without them.

Service of RAM 2500 truck

Friendly, helpful and efficient

I had a pleasant experience dealing with Brian. He was very helpful, well informed and efficient. The selected car had to be retrieved from Las Vegas, but it only added a couple of days to getting it all completed.

Attetnion to Detail

Bob - listened to "all" re: what I was experiencing with my car. Liked the idea of texting to communicate. So far car drives like new.

Radio replacement

I had to have the radio in my 2015 Jeep Cherokee replaced, the replacement process went quickly, but they had a hard time retrieving the computer security code, they didn't relay to me the reason for the delay, after 2 hours of sitting I had to get up and walk around, when I came back into the service department I noticed that my Jeep was just sitting in the service bay with no service tech around and the old radio sitting outside the vehicle, I texted the service department to inquire what was going on, they explained to me then the delay. The whole process took 3 hours, it was very frustrating that no one contacted me prior to my inquiry about the situation, just a side note, the first time I was there to get the diagnosis, the customer area complimentary fridge was fully stocked, this time there was nothing.

Outstanding

Everyone was super nice and my deal was exactly what I was told it would be. The salesperson (Vaughn) was extremely helpful in getting me the exact truck I wanted.
