Excellent Helpful People

Everyone from the service personnel to the mechanics were outstanding. They were helpful and courteous the whole time I was at the dealership. Jason was especially helpful and kept me up-to-date on the progress of my vehicle.

Purchase new car

Great experience overall. Easy selection. The dealer was very busy that Saturday so it took a bit longer than I had planned. But it all went fine.

Good service, good customer service.

I dropped off my vehicle for its first scheduled maintenance. I asked the staff to check one of the tires as we had to refill the air every other week since purchasing the vehicle 2months prior. Your staff called back to advise there was an issue with the alignment that needed immediate attention. Our tire had to be replaced and the alignment was corrected the next day. Thank you for keeping us informed and involved.

Oil Change

My visit on Oct. 10, 2017 was pleasant and quick. My vehicle had developed an oil leak several days after an oil change service on Sept. 26, 2017. I reported to the Express Oil change person on my problem and in less than 45 minutes my vehicle was repaired and I was on my way home. The problem is that on 2 of my 3 oil change services (service purchased when I bought my new vehicle) my vehicle developed an oil leak within a week after the service. Both times the leak was due to a loose oil filter. Not sure if the filter is in a difficult spot to reach or not, but I don't usually have this problem.

Great service initative.

Dealership advised me that this service needed to be done. I was unaware that this needed to be done to meet the original sales contract.

Service Appointment

Had an appointment for a recall and oil change. Bob Peppler was very timely, courteous, and helpful. My vehicle was ready when promised. Brad Nirschel my tech does excellent work. Our courtesy van driver Christian was very friendly and timely. Thanks for a great experience!
