I’ve been bringing my vehicles in for all my service needs for the past 9 years - I have never been disappointed. The staff and workmanship is great. I have never felt that I was being coerced into a service that I didn’t need. The service personnel are obviously well trained and know the vehicles they service. I have dealt with Jason for several years now and am very impressed - he goes the extra mile to keep his customers happy. Of all the service department dealerships that I have dealt with over my driving years (50+), this is the best!

Always excellent and friendly service
Jason Pipenhagen has always been our service representative and I wouldn't have it any other way. Jason is friendly, helpful and honest. In the three years we have been with Stephen Wade we have always had excellent customer service from Jason. I would buy another car from Stephen Wade just to get Jason as our service representative again. Great job Jason!

Excellent service experience
Made a service appointment -- everything went smoothly. Car was done when promised -- staff was professional and courteous. Used the shuttle service, which was immediately available and clean and efficient.

Fast, friendly, and honest service.
The only place I'll take my Grand Cherokee for service is Stephen Wade. Their service is topnotch. I've also had other makes serviced by various Stephen Wade shops, all of them are great.

vehicle quality
The repair work done in a timely enough manner since parts had to be ordered. However, since purchasing this Jeep, used, this is the fourth time I have had it in for repair in roughly 14 - 15 months. Having driven cars, trucks, vans, etc. for 60+ years, this is the first time air conditioning has failed except for the need to replace freon. Not happy with the product.

I came in for an oil change. In and out in the agreed upon time. The staff was friendly, courteous and efficient. I will be back.
