Came in looking for a used vehicle and the car I was looking at really appealed to me. Worked with the salesman, Shawn Yi, he was great. Did a test drive and all features of the car passed my tests. Once I decided to purchase, we came to an agreement and I left same day with the car I wanted. It was a wonderfully stress free environment and no pressure sales like other lots. I just bought a VW Tiguan from David Hayes. It is a great car! I had been shopping for the right car for about a month, and David took the time to listen to what I told him I wanted in a car and price. Based on what I told him, he suggested the Tiguan, and he was right. It has almost all of the elements I wanted. I felt he worked within my budget and didn't try to get me to buy something outside of my range. He also helped me to get the most from my trade. David was very knowledgeable about the market, and his excitement in the VW brand showed. When I called him about a question I had before I picked up my car, he took the time to research an answer for me and I appreciated that. My fiance and I had a great sales consutant, Jason Burnett, that made our purchase very easy. During our test drive Jason was very knowledgeable of all the aspects of our car. He handled all of our questions and concerns with excellent professionalism. After the test drive and in between the the signing of the final paperwork he gave us the tour of the dealership, with the introduction to team members of the service department. He treated us as if we were long time friends. Based on our easy purchase of our VW Bettle TDI and Jason Burnett, I would recommend this dealership to any and all friends and family

My wife's Mercedes had a very serious and expensive engine issue. I had it towed to Benz and was hoping I could get a loaner car while I figured out what to do. Fix it, trade it, sell it? I was told I could get a loaner car once I authorized the work. Ugh. At Volkswagen of Puyallup, the folks were great. I worked with Shawn Yi who helped us get the Touareg we wanted. Shawn and the people at Volkswagen of Puyallup took care of everything, including a loaner car while our car was being shipped. No worries, left happy! Just a great place to buy a car.

I had never purchased a car before but from the moment I walked in I was greeted and made to feel at home. Everyone was very friendly and willing to listen to what I was looking for in a car. I was shopping for cars over the course of three days and kept finding myself coming back here to take another look at what they had to offer. It was pretty easy to decide to purchase through them. The entire negotiation process took 20 minutes tops. Alan Zoutes was very upfront and willing to work with my wife and I on what we were looking for. He was very helpful in making the final decision in which model vehicle we purchased by helping us narrow down our needs and our wants. Everyone here is very friendly and knowledgeable.
