The whole entire staff was very professional. I first met Philip in Gaithersburg but decided to go to Thurmont because the car I wanted was there. Philip was a great salesperson, listening to us and answering our questions. When we mentioned that we were going to Thurmont, he said to let him know if we needed any help. At Thurmont, Jeff greeted us with a warm welcome as the entrance and the whole experience was very smooth. They showed interest in us, made sure they knew what we wanted and gave us time to decide. We worked directly with Doug, the manager, and he gave us an exceptional service. After signing, Jeff made sure to give us a good understanding of how the OnStar service works.

I purchased a 2016 Chevy Silverado 2500 and couldn't be happier with my purchase. My sales associate Jon was nice and easy to work with. Both Jon, Rob (sales manager) and my finance manager took extra time to explain things so I could understand them every step of the buying process. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Criswell Chevy of Thurmont in the future.

It was Black Friday and we went searching for a new 2016 Chevrolet Malibu and were promptly greeted by Ken Lamb. He was very helpful, polite and professional from the start. He showed us the car, explained its main features and the characteristics he liked about it. Ken shared with us that he also owns a Malibu of the same generation and that he was very satisfied with is ride and quality. He arranged for us to test drive the Malibu and rode with us during the drive around the town of Thurmont; which helped to find immediate answers to all our questions. Jesse Torreyson in the financial department was also very helpful. He offered us good advice and made us feel assured that we were getting a good deal. This was definitely one of the best experiences we had purchasing a car from a dealership.
