Brian Lamb is probably the best car sales consultant at Thousand Oaks Toyota. He makes it very quick and easy to purchase a car and he’s super nice!!!!

Brian Lamb. He was straight forward and I appreciated that he didn't play the game and went straight to what we were looking for and how we could get a deal that worked for both parties. no greed no games and very punctual. thanks

IN-CREDIBLE!

IN-CREDIBLE!!!!!! MY MIND IS BLOWN!!!!!!👍🏽 Purchased a pre-owned Prius from CHAD in June 2024. The vehicle was missing an owners manual and I recall Chad mentioned they're hard to come by but he'll find one. Fast forward to November 2024 and there's a fed ex package at my door. Opened it and WALLA! THE OWNERS MANUAL!!! Ladies and gentlemen.... HE KEPT HIS WORD!!!! So when looking for another car in the future, CHAD is who I will go to!!!!!! And hey Chad...thank you for remembering me! Paul

The five stars are for Brian Lamb. He has helped a couple of friends of mine to buy vehicles so I took their advice and went to talk to him. I was dreading having to buy a car but he made it easy with no pressure and took time to explain everything to me. Thank you Brian, I love my new car!

If you want no nonsense, B.

If you want no nonsense, B.S. crap when buying or leasing a vehicle then hook up with Brian Lamb. He's a straight shooter who won't try to up sell you. Very up front and knowledgable about Toyota. It wasn't the usual hours long b.s. and haggling that most sane people hate. As far as car buying goes, working with Brian was a pleasant experience.

Paul Zavala made an appointment for me to test drive a

Paul Zavala made an appointment for me to test drive a used car. On the day of the appointment he did keep me updated. When I arrived at the dealership he was not there and I had to wait for another representative to help me. He had no idea that I was there to test drive. We walked around the whole lot looking for a car to test drive. He then told me that they just sold the car I was to test drive. Why did they not tell me this before I arrived. Waste of time. I then received numerous texts from Paul that belittled me for complaining.

I was referred to Brian Lamb by an already satisfied

I was referred to Brian Lamb by an already satisfied client of his, in my family. I came over to Toyota of Thousand Oaks & he was great, transparent, efficient, & patient. Brian is knowledgeable about not only the vehicles but the entire process of purchasing. I’m extremely grateful for my experience at Toyota & I love my RAV4. I couldn’t be happier with the way things worked out and am specifically thankful for Brian’s support in this process. My financing process was also efficient & helpful. Overall it was a great time and I appreciated the professionalism and ease provided.
