Amazing Service

My wife and I went in to this dealership after seeing a tv infomercial ad about credit not being a problem....lease to own and bad credit were options for financing. This all sounded great since we were hurting with credit issues and needed a new car. Old Saybrook Kia was amazing. Our sales guy JC treated us professionally and expeditiously helped us find out what car we could afford without picking the bottom of the barrel. In less than 24 hours we were approved for a loan we could afford and picking up a newer, nicer car than we ever though we could handle with our credit. From step one with the sales team to the final step with the business management team with Dan....this dealer gets an A+++. We have a Kia dealer in our own town and we will go 30 minutes away for service at this Kia dealer. THANK YOU KIA OF OLD SAYBROOK!

My Bad

I did not know they lost there Mazda Service . I brought my mazda in for service after waiting nd they acted like it was my fault that I didn?t know they could no longer work on my car . I figured I could service my car where I bought it as that?s what I was told when purchasing I was not told they only service new kias now . Off to find a new service center

Kia experience

My husband and I recently purchased two new Kia Sorrento's from Kia of Old Saybrook. We met with Fran Drake who was without a doubt the best salesman I have ever dealt with. Our entire experience was great here. We had met with a few other dealerships and decided to go with this one because they not only had the best prices, but were the easiest and nicest to deal with. I highly recommend this dealership.

"Super Customer Service"

Love My New Optima

I just leased a new Kia Optima EX from Kia of Old Saybrook. Great experience. Bill Friskey did a great job, Fran Drake helped out, and Dan Height knows his stuff. Best car buying experience I have ever had.

Love our New Optima thxs lombardi

This is our second Kia Optima from Kia of Old Saybrook. John Lombardi always makes it a pleasure to do business with. Dan & Ryan made the process of getting and financing the car seamless. We could not be happier with our car or the service that we continue to get from Kia in Old Saybrook.

Unprofessional and disorganized!

I went in on a weekend for a car purchase. There was only one salesman available and he spent a total of 15 minutes with me after waiting around for almost 3 hours. My decision was based on information I found in the year old brochure. After putting a down payment on the car and having a few days to think about and also reading all the horrific reviews, I canceled the sale and bought a new Subaru from a Subaru dealer.

Great Car Buying Experience!

We were looking to transition from our old minivan to an SUV with a 3rd row. While the vehicle that brought us to Kia of Old Saybrook didn’t meet our needs, Bill was very accommodating in finding us a different, and ultimately better option. The trade-in process was seamless as well. Very kind, courteous and professional!
