Such a great experience!

From the test drive through to purchasing the car, Bill was great! He was knowledgeable, laid back, and made it clear that his only concern was that I find the perfect car to fit me needs- and I did! I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to get a quality car and pleasant experience!

I got what I wanted at the right proce

Bill F, Thanks so much for a great car buying experience. The selection and purchase process can be such a hassle and you actually mad enough it quite pleasant. You were great at listening to the type of cars I wanted and my price point and guided me to what I think is the best purchase I could have made. Your coordination between the service department and the business manage was seemless. I never felt rushed or pressured nor did I feel you were ever stalling. Wonderful

Danielle was great. Very helpful. I came in with a flat and they had me in and out with absolutely no issues. Very helpful friendly and customer orientated.

Disappointing

Ready to purchase a used car, waited all afternoon for salesman to get back to us with some numbers. Never heard from him or anyone from dealership. Very disappointed I would not recommend anyone to visit them

Rent to Buy Progem

I bought a vehicle from their rent to own program. When I purchased the vehicle I realized there were some issues with the vehicle. I brought the car back and they fixed one small problem. Now, six months later, there is over $5000 worth of mechanical problems with my vehicle. Consumers in Connecticut should be protected by stronger laws so this doesn't happen to people in our community.

New Car

I recently purchase a car here. Overall, the salesman and services were good. They were very helpful with questions and getting back to me within a quick time period. I did not feel pressured by them at all which was nice. Only reason I gave 4 stars as opposed to 5 is that when I picked my car up they only had one key for the car and no spare key, which I made sure I asked about 2 keys about four times prior to buying the car. Therefore, now I have to go and get a hold of a dealership to pay for a spare key. The detailing of the car when I picked it up was not pleasant either. The back set was covered in small cat hairs, that I had to spend the next day really vacuuming it out. I also found spots of blood on the seats that I had to clean out too, and would have expected that to be taken care of when the car was getting detailed prior to me picking it up.

Best car buying experience ever!

My first ever car purchase was horrible; I was young and easily manipulated into buying a very awful used car. So, needles to say I was NOT looking forward to buying a new car. Well things totally changed when I started working with Kia-Mazda. My salesman, Bill F., was amazing and so helpful and informative. He made the entire experience so enjoyable and actually very fun! Bill made sure we knew every single detail about the car and took care of absolutely everything. I look forward to doing business in the future with this dealership and I will absolutely reccomend them to anyone in the market for a new car. -Maggie K.
