I am very disappointed that it was never mentioned by the sales department that the car has no spare tire! My 18 year old daughters first new car for college which I wanted to make sure she was safe in with no worries and then to find out 4 months later from a friend that the car doesn't carry a spare tire. This really set me back that it was never mention to me and them knowing my daughter has to travel far for school and wanted her to be safe. If I have known this I would have never leased the car.

The second time around we have had a very pleasant experience with Kia in Old Saybrook. John Lombardi didn't stop searching until he found "the one" perfect car for us and our new baby. I had previously had a rough experience with a bank unaffiliated with kia, that rents their upstairs, however having improved my credit we are no longer using that bank. Perfect car, smooth transaction. Feels like family. Thank you John! Oh and Patricia is amazing with babies!

I went to Kia Mazda with my daughter to buy her a new car and we worked with Joe Silvia. Joe was great to work with and very knowledgeable.
