Great Experience great people

My husband and I recently purchased a vehicle and worked with a great guy Bill. He made the purchasing of our vehicle fun and exciting. We joked and laughed felt like we had known him for years. Bill and Dan and and Fran worked hard to get us into a vehicle for our needs and within our budget. Never felt pressured and listened to our concerns. I would highly recommend Kia of Old Saybrook. I also would recommend a fellow by the name of Stan. David & Arlene Fappiano

Horrible Service

My sales man did his job and sold me the car I wanted. 3 days after my purchase the engine went. The first day there where lights out around the car, an exhaust leak, and the steering shakes on the highway. The test drive was only up the street so I couldn't get a feel for it. I understand I bought it as is but this is ridiculous, the lights they offered to fix but the engine they left me in the ditch with a car that doesn't work . Thanks

Amazing first time car buying experience

My husband and I recently went into Kia of oldsaybrook just to look seeing as how it was our first time buying a new vehicle. We came across A sales associate Bill who was absolutely amazing from the beginning. He made buying our first vehicle easy and comfortable. I had to have been such a pain in the butt customer with so many questions but he kept a smile the entire time. Bill has an amazing personality and really makes buying a car fun. Plus we have a two and a half year old so the staff there was amazing making him feel comfortable and occupied. What made my husband happy was the emails after we already had the car of reaurance that they were there if anything was to go wrong. Thank you again Bill, Dan and John!

GREAT honest people!!

Bought a kia optima yesterday ... Bill in sales was wonderful from the time we walked in till we left !! Fran was very helpfuland knowledgable. Dan finance man took the time to explain everything!! ... Wonderful employees!! We definately be a return customer at this dealership!! So thrilled with my car!!! John Coons found us the best finance deal.

John's attention to detail was excellent. We felt no sales pressure and he answered all our questions. When it came to the finance John had the answers and found the best finance deal we could have imagined.

Ask questions up front

I found a car I liked were working out the deal, l asked if the car had two keys. Was told that it would checked on. We got the deal worked out ,about ninety five % completed I was told there was no second key. They would no supply one.i could have walked out right then, but I liked the car and I think I got a very good deal. We discussed it and was told that they would supply a key at there cost. It turns out the smart key cost's $475 dollars and the dealer doesn't get a break. They pay the same price as me. It turned out the salesman would buy a key blank from the internet, about 80 dollars, I would meet him get new key coded, at a cost I don't know yet and I would and would pay him.l assume it end up in 350$ range. I still think I got a good idea rich out about 75 mi for this car they beat all other prices by about 3000$. Also they gave me a very good price on my trade.. The salesman name is Jay, not listed below. Also I don't think there was a manger available. At least they never talked to me.

Kudos to Salesman - Joe Silvia

We had already planned on buying our new Mazda from another local dealership but we were just unsure and not happy with the way we were treated. So, we decided to look for our Mazda at another dealership. Mazda of Old Saybrook was wonderful and earned our respect, reference and future business in how they dealt with us. The biggest difference was the salesman - Joe Silvia. He was honest from the get-go and worked hard and didn't stop until he found use the exact car we wanted. He was respectful, honest and answered every question we had. He is the primary reason we would return to Mazda of Old Saybrooki. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new car.

Tiearra's 2010 Honda Accord Coupe
