If I could give zero i would!
If I could give zero i would!!! I was scammed into the car that I got!!! Then I was told oh you have an anxiety bumper to bumper warranty only to find out none of this is true!!! Nothing i have been told is true! The money i have had to fork out since getting this car only a year ago is insane and now I can't even drive it or anything until I come up with the money to pay for it! Lies, lies, lies!!! DO NOT GO HERE! I have turned them into TILA that's how bad they are!

Jason W. sold me my car. This guy went above and beyond. You know how you might get a text sometimes from a car dealership or something. I didn’t take it seriously and was kinda of sarcastic in my response. Basically said that l like my Forte GT line and I like the price I’m paying a month. (If this review looks familiar it’s because I’m not sure if my first one actually took, I’m old) Now my credit is good and l didn’t have a bunch of mileage. I had a 2023 that l got in 2022 and it had 20k…old man stuff, you know. I’m not saying you can’t get a car from them if you have bad credit and tons of miles. This is my 3rd car from here and even when my credit was suspect they still came through. This car my, K4 EX is one ex l really love. This car reads stop signs and basically drives itself. A nice upgrade from my Forte. They kept me really close to what l was paying for my Forte a month and that meant a lot to me. For $17 more l got a better car with gap insurance included and my insurance rates went down. I honestly thought it was going to go up. I got those pre Covid rates…..I’m happy with the car and the service.

I was with my daughter 2 years ago, when she bought a Sorento. The gracious service and, of course, the car itself made me want to check out a Sportage when my Honda lease was up. Kia of Streetsboro made the leasing process so effortless. There were about 50 people in the showroom at the time and I was still in and out in about 3 hours, with a car I adore! I worked with Angel and Tony. The general manager was also so kind and helpful. I can’t recommend Kia in Streetsboro more!
