A "five star" rating, for the folks at Acura of Westchester. Currently, on my third purchase from this dealership, and it just continues to get better & better. Just had the New MDX in for its first service. Chris Colucci took the car in ..right on time... Informed me the work would be done in an hour. ( including the Wash and Vacuum ) Enjoyed the waiting room, with the custome coffee bar and muffins. AS it should be.. a delightful experience !!!!!!!!!! Would not do anywhere else !

Purchasing a new car can be extremely stressful. I was eased into purchasing an Acura through Matt Belov. He was extremely patient, very professional, and knowledgable, and catered to all my questions and needs. He was very detailed and explained the pros and cons of several of the vehicles I was interested in purchasing. I finally selected my choice and I am extremely happy with it! I have dealt with dealers in the past and I have to say I was very impressed with him.

About 3 weeks ago my family went out for lunch. We decided it was time for a new car but weren't too sure what we wanted. Went into Acura of Westchester on a Sunday after having spent several days test driving crossovers/SUVs. I was met by Julian Morand and gave him the rundown of what I was looking for & interested in. He recognized that I had done my research & had a good understanding of what I wanted. He & is manager, Frank Ferraro, were very straight forward as was I. I ended up leasing a 2015 RDX within 30min of walking on the premises. Paperwork, credit check, etc took no more than 20min. I came back the next afternoon to pick up the vehicle & was in & out in 15min. Total transaction time just over 1hr. Can't beat that.

We've been going to Acura of Westchester for 10 years to service our 2002 Acura MDX. Service was always done right the first time. Finally bought another used Acura MDX 2011 and the sales team worked with us on the rates and the accessories we needed. Great service from Shannon and sales support from Kelly.
