I went back and forth with several dealerships and Acura of Westchester was able to give me the best deal. I worked with Frankie Ferraro and he was amazing very knowledgable of re product and very pure and professional. He made my purchase enjoyable, quick and easy. I have to say that working with so many dealerships trying tiger the best deal I also found that Acuraof Westchester was the most professional and put together dealership by far. I felt like I was in a Mercedes store the way I was treated and the level of professionalism that they exerted. I am happy to become part of their family and I recommend ten to anyone!!

Each one was terrific. enthusiastic, smiling and truly positive. We had an issue with the remote engine starer. the guy in the yard (Julian will know..solid guy, forgot his name) was able to figure out that we had the spare key in the car. we all learned something! stay warm...

Jose was great, he had me in and out in no time, gave me the best deal he could and helped me figure out the fastest way to take my new car home. Spoke Spanish, was extremely friendly to my family, and overall a nice guy! I am definitely recommending my friends to head over to him!

ON DEC 30 I CALL MR DE LEON TO MAKE AN APPMT FOR SERVICE FOR MY ILX , I WAS SURPRISE WHEN TO TOLD ME THAT MY APPMT WAS FOR FRIDAY JAN 2ND AT 9:00 AM. ON FRIDAY AT MY APPMT I ASK MR DE LEON TO TELL ME WHAT WAS A B12 CODE, HE EXPLAINED STEP BY ETEP IN DETAILS. AT THAT TIME HE TOLD ME TO WAIT AT THE WIATING ROOM THAT THER E WAS COFFE AND SNACKS TO HELP MY SELF TO IT. WHILE I WAS THER E HE CAME AND TOLD ME ABOUT FEW THINGS THAT THE TECHNICIAN FOUND AND NEEDED TO BE CORRECTED LATER HE CAME AND TOLD ME THAT MY CAR WAS READY AT HAT TIME HE EXPLAIN WHAT WAS DONE AND EXPLAINNED WHAT WAS COVERED BY THE GUARANTY AND WHAT WAS NOT. I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE TECHNICIAN THAT WORK IN MY CAR BUT I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE WAY TYHAT MR DE LEON TOOK TIME TO EXPLAIN ALL THA TWAS DONE AND WHAT TOEXPECT ON MY NEXT SERVICE.
