Lexus of Chattanooga was a wonderful car purchase experience. Unlike anything I’ve ever experienced at a car dealership. No pressure, straightforward and professional experience. Marc, Justin and Jackson were a delight to work with. I highly recommend Lexus of Chattanooga.

What a wonderful experience. Marc and Justin in finance are both great people to work with. They made the purchase such a great experience for my wife and I that we will always remember buying our first Lexus. I would highly recommend Lexus of Chattanooga for anyone in the market for a Lexus.

We had an appointment with M.

We had an appointment with M. Platt and were never offered a seat at his desk - only told to wait in the lobby the entire time while he worked with another customer. The contract to buy the car was given to us in the lobby and we also did not see him after the new car was driven out of the dealership for us to leave. In addition, we did not get our second set of keys at the dealership and it took 3 weeks to receive them in the mail.
