I have been looking for a Mini Countryman since later 2022 and Jacinda helped in providing variety of choices from what was already in stock to what can be ordered. I would have seen her wanting to get rid of all the stock that she had, but instead advised and encouraged me to order the vehicle that was being ordered for delivery in 2023. She did an awesome job in pricing it like the other dealerships and constantly keeping me updated with dates and where in the process vehicle is in. Purchasing and financing was seamless and without any pressure from Jacinda. She worked and advocated for me, instead of being a "salesperson." She is someone I can trust and will work with you, and provide the best that she can do. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing customer experience at Bob Smith Mini. In December 2022 my daughter was frantically looking for a car, we had visited many dealerships and tested lots of cars. The first and then last place we came back to was Bob Smith. It wasn't only the fact that we loved the mini, it was the kind and welcoming demeanor of the sales representative Jacinda Olivas and her manager Christopher Conway. My daughter was actually on her way to catch a flight to NYC when we stopped in, and they both went over an above to finalize the sale and send us on our way. Jacinda was in constant communication during the financing and sales contract process, she always made herself available to answer ALL the questions. I loved the car so much that 2 weeks later I decided to also purchase a mini. Again the sales associate Jacinda, who always has a smile helped me with my purchase. I just want to thank both these people for providing such a positive experience for both myself and my daughter.

After talking with sakes people of other Mini Cooper dealerships, I found Bob Mini Cooper’s representative, Miklos a very professional and knowledgeable person. He was patient in answering any concerns we had with regards to the car. I appreciate his friendly interaction with his customers and he kept us updated as to the delivery of the car. Since this is the first time that we have purchased a Mini Cooper, Miklos took the time to show us important features of the car. This was my first experience with Bob Smith Mini, but certainly not my first experience buying a car. Let me tell you, these guys get it right! I started by looking online and asking questions about a Mini Cooper SE (electric). They are hard to come by. I received very prompt replies from Rockstar and Frank and when they had one in stock for me to test drive, I was informed immediately. There was ZERO pressure from these guys. Just friendly and helpful. It felt more like borrowing a tool from neighbor than buying a car. I took the plunge and placed my order and sooner than expected, my new Mini had arrived! The car was detailed...not just washed, and when my daughter asked about removing the warning sticker on the side window, Chris, the General Sales Manager, took care of it right away, also noticing a small spot on the inside of the windshield that needed cleaning. This group truly goes above and beyond to make you happy. Rockstar even snuck outside and put a big red bow on the car to surprise my daughter, without any prompting. Just genuinely nice people with so much attention to detail. This is what buying a car should be like...fun! We're loving our new Mini and have the nice experience to remember. Thanks guys!

Fantastic! A wonderful experience working with Chris Conway, Miklos Forgo, and the whole MINI sales and service team. I first connected with Chris, who had Miki work with me on the purchase. Communication was solid throughout the order process, most of it done by phone, email, or text. A small issue came up soon after, where Christina in Service along with Miki took excellent care of me. I’m really happy with the purchase and the experience. I’ll be returning.

Boy, a great experience from beginning to end! We were blessed to get Jacinda Olivas as our sales associate. She was honest, kind and open in all her dealings with us. She constantly followed up and kept us totally in the loop. She never minded all my questuons and got back to me quickly and with answers. I would highly recommend this place — and mostly this person — if you’re in the market for a ‘Mini!

Miki was an absolute joy to work with in purchasing our fun, zippy fantastic mini. He made the process exciting and kept us updated on progress. He was extremely knowledgeable, it was like dealing with a friend. The only negative was the other department to finalize paperwork. We sat for hours while they seemed to be having a staff meeting with each other. None of this reflects on Miki, in fact he should probably be running that department too.
