Exceptional Car Service Experience- Thank you Kenneth Firmin

We drove down from Santa Maria to address a recall item and some basic service on my Mini. Our service advisor, Kenneth Firmin, and his service team were a pleasure to deal with. They were warm and welcoming upon arrival. Ken was very friendly, informative, thorough, honest, and efficient. He quickly checked us in, set us up for the day, and provided with us timely status updates throughout day. Ken even stayed late on Friday to ensure we were taken care of and ready for our drive home. Thank you for the unparalleled customer service.

Great Service

Josh is amazing!!!I I went 2 times for the same problem and the guy ( without mentioning names) who was helping, who is not working there anymore, kept on giving excuses saying that whatever happening with my car is normal and saying that this is how mini is designed. I was not convinced at all. The 3 rd time I asked to switch to Josh as I see him helping his customers a lot. Josh put the time to understand what I am addressing, send a mechanic with me for a drive to show him what I am talking about. They figured out the problem and fix it.

Always excellent service w/Josh Gates

My service experiences at Bob Smith MINI have been excellent. My most recent experience in June 2017 with Josh Gates, Service Advisor, was no exception. Josh took care of a warranty issue & recommended several others to be covered under same warranty terms upon inspection. Car washed & repairs completed in 1.5 hours. Thanks, Josh

Recall on a mini cooper

I have a 2003 Mini Cooper. The power steering unit went out.I called Bob Smith Mini. I spoke to Ken Firmin he is a service advisor. Ken told me how to go about finding the information i needed for the recall for my mini. I am very happy with the hole team at Bob Smith Mini. I have a small picture frame shop in the valley, customer service is very important in our business. Bob Smith has the one on one with you .Great place if you are looking for that new car or fix an old car that you love. Thanks Ken.

Engine code diagnosis

Thanks to Josh I can finally breathe again. I had my engine code on for some time and took it to other local mechanics but none of them seemed to figure out the real issue. I ended up driving from the south bay to Calabasas because of other reviews and hoped for the best solution. The team found the issue and fixed it for a fair price, no up-selling. I wouldn't go anywhere else for the service, this place and Josh specifically gave me a peace of mind I couldn't find elsewhere.

Josh was great to deal with. He explained everything that the service would cover. Everything was under warranty. This was my first service call and I would say it was a Great Experience.

Josh Gates makes it all seem so easy!

My car recently required fairly immediate service, but I was 3 hours away from Bob Smith MINI. I called Josh. He advised me to call Mini Roadside Service and arrange for my car to be towed in. He also arranged for a rental car for me to use in the meantime. It was all so easy on my part! By the time I picked up my car a day and a half later, Josh had determined, based on the warranty, that my out-of-pocket cost for all of this terrific service was only $50.00.. My friends are very envious of the treatment I receive at Bob Smith Mini!!
