My 2012 Cooper Engine Replacement

Chasing a wicked detonation issue with my 2012 JCW Cooper Hardtop that I love to death. Josh was professional, helpful and courteous. New engine is installed, problem is gone, lets motor!!!!

Bob Smith is Great!

The service at Bob Smith Mini is fantastic. They are responsive to the customer's needs. I have a dealership 3 miles from my house but I drive over 30 miles to have my car serviced at Bob Smith. My service manager, Sue Bolger, was terrific. She kept me informed right along the way. You can trust that you will be dealt with fairly and quickly. Bob Smith is great!

Great buying experience

If you are looking to buy, make sure you ask for Rockstar, he gives the best test drive and is extremely knowledgeable! Everyone was lovely and Ryan the manager gave me an amazing deal.

New Mini driver from the valley

What a great experience! My wife and I have bought several cars before and this was the best team we have ever dealt with. Salesperson Anthony was helpful, knowledgable, and patient (I did three test drives). General Manager Ryan and Finance and Insurance Manager Kirsten were the icing on the cake. These three made buying our new mini fun! We had FUN buying a car. Go figure...

CPO Purchase

My experience from initial contact until finalizing the transaction and driving off the lot was exceptional and very professional. Although, I didn't get the price I requested, I believe we both finalized a "fair deal" for the vehicle. My "Motoring Specialist" and her management team answered any and all questions I had concerning my purchase. The complete process was truly enjoyable, I hope the driving experience will be as good!

Service Visit

Josh Gates helped me with my car and did an excellent job clearly explaining everything and making the process as easy as can be. He even was kind enough to drive me up the street to get a rental car. Talk about amazing customer service! Definitely would recommend! Everyone I experienced at Bob Smith Mini was very kind and helpful, which to me meant a lot since going in for work on your car can be stressful.
