Went in for an oil change and the staff was Friendly, helpful, and informative. I appreciated their call on recommendations for additional service on my car.

I left a review earlier for Wasilla Lithia Dodge and stated the salesman who helped me name was Tony. This was an autocorrect mistake the salesman name is Troy Ansley and was very respectful and awesome to work with.

We brought our 2013 Dodge 3500 for a electrical problem that was critical for safety due to non functioning head light assembly. The service department at Lithia Wasilla was very courteous and polite and worked with us on solving the issue. They were very professional in there approach and follow through, as well as expressed good communication during the process. Additionally, they made good suggestions as to future maintenance procedures and preventative measures. I would recommend the team to others in the future, Thanks Steve

And it was also a hot day, and they let me bring my dog inside to hangout while I did paperwork. Dave asked if I could bring chino (my dog) by to see him when I go in for my free oil changes. It feels more friendly than dealing with an average salesman.
