My experience with RAG was beyond exceptional. Jon makes considerable effort to know peoples particular wants, needs, and limits on the transaction to make the buying experience smooth and easy. Jon is direct and upfront, most importantly NOT PUSHY. You can tell at RAG it is totally all about satisfying the customer. The best effort and time is put into the transaction-and the deal will get done, no matter what. There is no such thing as "IF's" or "Buts" here. My wife and I have purchased 3 BMW's through Jon at Ruby Automotive. I have purchased many cars in the past, and I do not like working with traditional car dealers. I first contacted Jon in 2009 when I found a BMW 545i at another car dealer. Jon contacted the dealer, negotiated the price and secured financing for us through a local bank. The process was so simple and Jon was fantastic to deal with. I met with Jon, signed papers and drove the car home. Since then, Jon has helped us buy a 2007 BMW X3 and a 2008 BMW 550i. Both were located at other dealers and Jon acted as our advocate. Jon Ruby and Ruby Automotive are very reliable, honest and professional, and I wouldn't buy a car without him. I have referred several friends to Jon and they have all had great experiences as well with him.
