Awesome Customer Care
I spent the whole month looking for the right car and I finally found it at Action Auto Sales! The customer care here is beyond excellent! They take the time to go over everything about their cars and pricing. No hidden fees and no pressure! They are upfront honest with you and they check up on you through the whole process! I was very impressed with them. I would definitely go back here to find my next car :)

Over the top customer service! They actually care.
Finding a car you are interested in is only part of the ordeal of buying a car. First you research, then test drive, re-evaluate and hopefully you eventually purchase. Jacob at Action Auto was/is the ONLY sales rep who ever replied to ANY inquiry about any vehicle over the course of a month. I even did LIVE chats online with other dealerships and they couldn't even tell me if the car was still available on the lot. Jacob and I emailed back and forth answering my questions, etc.. He stayed after hours to meet my husband and I who were traveling from another county- and we were interested in seeing a particular vehicle. He was helpful, friendly and informative. We appreciated him going the extra mile with us. Also, we appreciated him actually responding to our online inquiries- that has made all the difference!

Excellent Car Buying Experience & Follow-up
I had a great experience with Action Auto. They stayed 3 hours past close to help me get the right car. They also walked around the car with me and took note of any issues I found. We addressed those and they promised to repair them as part of the purchase. The Service department was very helpful, and listen to and addressed all my concerns. They were very flexible with my schedule, and quick with the repairs (brought car in and picked up same day). It's obvious they like helping people, and realize the best way to do that is with communication and a positive attitude. I would absolutely recommend them to family & friends, and will be coming back in the future.

Not helpful
Shopping for a specific car knew what I wanted and what I wanted to pay for it. Found one for a good price at action auto, my husband went to check it out and saw that the tires weren't that good, had a brown stain in the back seat, and quite noticeable scratches on the rear door handle area. He figured the price would compensate for all that. The gentleman helping him didn't seem to know much or have patience for helping my husband out, my husbands excuse for how this guy's service was "he's just young and doesn't care" and we're the same age as this guy. He basically told my husband that the car would sell and this is the all we can do for you, the payments were a lot higher than we expected for a lower priced car. So he left and we ended up going to a big car dealership that did all they could to get us the best price for what we wanted. Basically got the same car more expensive, lower payments, better warranty, better condition, better service. They could have sold the car we got for more to someone else but they thought we were worth their good service and the guy that helped us was even younger. The reason I gave 2 stars instead of one was that I figured not everyone is like this guy but all it takes is one bad employee to make someone's experience sour.
