Great customer service. Waiting two hours after closing to let us drive all the way up to come get a car we weren't even sure we were getting. Process was really easy and fast!!!

Loved the process, they made it as smooth as it could be.

Sat in the waiting room for 25 minutes while two male customers who arrived after me were helped first. No one even greeted or acknowledged I was here. They are clearly busy, but seem to be only able to recognize men as potential buyers.

Searching for a used specific truck with low miles and in great shape was a process. Found a truck that I wanted to check out. Drove to Action Auto in Lehi and was impressed from the time I got there until the time I left. The truck was exactly what I wanted. Went home and slept on it and decided to make the purchase. The finance team was as easy to work with as anything I have ever seen. Very quick and action Auto was even able to beat the interest rate of my own credit union. Very pleased with the Folks at Action Auto. I would recommend that you give them a shot when looking for a used car.

The whole experience was so great, start to finish! It was very low pressure, positive, and easy. Everyone there was so friendly and willing to help. Having never purchased from a dealership, I was hesitant, but through both the sales and finance processes they did everything they could to help me get what I need. I was also impressed with not only how well they all do their jobs, but how much they enjoy it! (Which made it enjoyable for me, too!) This dealership came highly recommended from a friend and I will be recommending it to others as well!

Great experience with Action Auto!! After being to multiple dealerships, big and small and not having any luck Action Auto was the place! Not only did they have the car i wanted, and actually got me into a newer year than what i was looking for the guys there were amazing. Between the two days i was there i met with Erik, Jacob and David and all of them were so nice, helpful, not pushy one bit and really worked with me to get what i wanted! Ive previously had bad experiences with "smaller dealerships" before but Action Auto was completely different. I will definitely be recommending them to family and friends and will be going back for future car buying. Thanks guys :)
