This trip was ok. I found out I need an oil pan, and they ordered it. They are to call when it comes in. My service guy is Marvin, and I think he?s the best!

A pleasure to buy from?
The only bad interaction I have had with this dealer is when it took 7 hours to install factory fog lights. Most of that was on GM. Getting the proper programming for the body controller.

Unhappy Service
I had my car serviced. For the second time they left my car with grease all over the front left fender. The same thing happened the first time I had an oil change. I also have a scratch I haven?t seen before on top if the same fender. I didn?t realize it until I got home and put it back in the garage. This is a Corvette stingray that has never been in the rain. Five years old with 3800 miles. Marvin and the counter people were very friendly. I think I will take it to another dealership next time.

Mike Reichenbach Chevrolet Service Department
The Service Department was awesome, I was going to work and my vehicle battery was dead. I phoned them and had it towed, they picked me up and provided a loaner so I could go to work. After replacing the battery they returned it. Several days later I had the same problem. I phoned them, had my 2018 Equinox towed, they picked me up and provided me with a loaner. I called and was told it was fixed, however, Sean, the Service Manager asked if he could keep it a few day to be sure. Later, let me know he was happy he had as the problem occurred again. They kept it the week and when they were confident the problem was resolved, returned my vehicle. I haven't had any issues since. They are a great team and a joy to work with!!

Best service department!
Best people, Best service! They even fixed the car’s back seat space, which I had no idea how to do. Another company, which I’ll never use again just wouldn’t do it right. Live and learn. Use Mike Reichenbach! They’ll do it right from the start, and correct other dealer’s mistakes!

BEST SERVICE DEPARTMENT!
The service department/parts department are the best. They can correct other dealer’s Service Departments errors, and your car will be so much better off! And so will you! Go to Reichenbach first!

Bait and switch
Mike Reichenbach Chevrolet 10 University Pkwy, Okatie, SC 29909 Car Dealer Danny Jameson 62 points 7 hours ago Absolutely would not EVER recommend MR. Chevrolet. Our sales guy Brett lied to us. The vehicle we tested had nice weathertech mats in it. When we picked up the Traverse suddenly the WeatherTech mats weren't included with it. Then we had missing valve stem covers. Had to beg for those. We specifically told Brett we wanted all wheel drive, the vehicle isn't all wheel drive. Finally we didn't want a vehicle that shut off at every red light. Brett assured us that we could bypass that feature. You cannot. the final deal-breaker was we brought our vehicle in for its very first service appointment. We had an 8 a.m. while you wait appointment that we drove up from Savannah to attend. Two hours later our vehicle hasn't been touched and we were told it was the first appointment of the day. I have never had the displeasure of working with a less professional organization in my life! the happiest day of my life was peeling their sticker off the back of my car.
