From Kansas on a road trip to South Carolina, hit something on the highway that damaged the tire. MR Chevrolet was terrific getting a replacement, working the warranty and getting us back on the road. I recommend these guys!

I was very pleased with the results at this dealership and impressed with my salesman, from the time I walked in till the time I left. I wasn't sure at first if I would buy a car from them, but wow the whole crew was just great, thanks for the experience.

Disappointed
Very unfair , and they don’t work to accommodate you. Price of vehicles marked low on the website but is different when you get there.

STEALING MONEY AND BRIBERY CUSTOMER
I HAD MY CAR AND THE SHOP GOING ON MONTH AND THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT HEAD GIVE ME A LOANER CAR WHY THERE GET ME CAR SO IT GOING ON FOUR WEEK SOMEONE CALL ABOUT THE LOANER CAR ASK WHAT WAS THE MILE ON THE CAR I TELL THEM IT WAS 8500 THERE TELL ME I GET TO GET THE CAR BACK TO THEM TO GET AND A NEW CAR SO WHEN I GET THE FRIDAY THE SALE GENERAL MANAGER TELL ME HE WILL BE CHARGE ON MY CREDIT CARD FOR $8,000 BECAUSE I HAD 9000 MILE ON THE CAR AND THE CONTRACT IT HAS NOT STATED ANYTHING ABOUT GOING OVER MILEAGE IT ALL THAT WHY IT "CALL" LOANER CAR PEOPLE DONT GO TO MIKE REICHENBACH CHEVROLET AND WHAT HE DID'NT I'M A FEDERAL AGENT I WILL BE GET HIM FOR BRIBERY CHARGES HE TALKING ABOUT HE FROM NEW YORK CITY RUNNING SCAMS ON CUSTOMERS.

Bad service department
Purchased a 2016 Corvette Z06 from this dealer. Experienced overheating while sitting in traffic. Advised service manager, Derek, and sales rep, Al, just before Hurricane Irma and both promised a call back after storm. 30 days later I advised Al I was nto driving my car and was waiting on service call and was assured he would talk with service manager. I spoke with service manager, Chris, from Rincon Chevrolet on 11/4/17 at a meeting of our Corvette club and he set up service for 11/7/17. Found out the cooling fan was not working and should get my car back today, 11/8/17. What a stark difference in service at two dealerships. Go to Rincon Chevrolet and not Mike Reichenbach Chevrolet. Could not even get a service visit set up in over 60 days!

Bad customer service
My husband and I recently went here looking to purchase a car. Within 5 minutes of talking to our salesman Chris, I was completely offended by his poor attitude ans basically laughing in my husbands face of the price he wanted to be at. You don't want our money fine. We took our business to another local Chevy dealership and bought a brand new car the next day. I would never ever come back here or recommend this place to anyone if it lets their salesmen treat customers so poorly.

Super Chevy Service
I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation while on vacation in Hilton Head and went to MR Chevrolet in Bluffton. Being from out of town I wasn't sure how I would be treated as a non local customer. From the moment I arrived the service department exceeded my expectations! I arrived early and they checked me in and didn't make me wait at all. They started before my appointment time! While waiting I had an opportunity to meet the owners sister and operations director Audre and she was amazing! I discovered they have Ohio roots as well. Audre and staff went out of there way to delver an amazing service experience. They had water and coffee available to customers and allowed me to look at a Corvette prior to the sales teams arrival. I can't say enough about Reichenbach Chevrolet if you want an honest good down to earth customer experience from folks that care about their customers than this is the dealership you must visit. A++++++

Deceptive sales practices
I happen to think Mike RICHENBACH service dept is great but sales is a different story. I used the "make your own deal" feature on web site. The trade in value I had for average condition was $11,500. The sales guy called me and said yes I think we can get pretty close to what you want to do payment wise we have a vehicle with GM tag that even has extra $3000 discount and is same one you picked out but white. I said great! I went in AMD all of a sudden the white one had same discounts as one I picked out and my trade dropped $2500! They fed me some line about mileage. I said the book value allowed for mileage. I said what about my extra $3000 discount? You gave me same rebates as one I chose? He said oh the one you chose had them too, what? No it didn't, you showed me a special tag had $3000 off on this car and you said it had extra $3K more than other one because GM gives extra money for certain vehicles? Its all lies. He could not get close to what he said he could do. A total waste of my time. Its just to get you in there and talk you into it all. They are typical car salesman. Bait and switch. Never again! Here that Mike? Never again!
