I went in for a scheduled service. While we waiting we decided to test drive a truck. I am interested in a new truck. While talking to the saleman, I advised him that I was waiting for my service to be completed and that I had time sensitive obligations prior to the test drive. He agreed to let me drive anyway. After driving we started talking money, however, salemen can not sale so while he went to the sales manager, I went to check on my car in service. The consultant told me it was in wash at this time. I went back to the saleman and continued working on pricing. He went back to the manager because he can not sell a vehicle, and I checked on my car in service. Come to find out, it was not in wash, it was stalled in service to give the saleman time to do the sell. Once we were mad, all of a sudden the car came out and went to wash. Filthy dirty. It almost cost me my other obligations. The wash job looked like a 3 year old did it.

2015 Chevrolet Silverado "black out edition"
I was in the market for a 2015 Chevrolet truck. Originally I was looking for a WT Colorado. Eventually I was told they couldn't find one with the options I was looking for. I was shown a Silverado instead because the sales manager thought it would fit my needs better, and would still be within the price range I was trying to stay in. He was spot on. I absolutely love my truck and had a great experience working with the whole team. Everyone was very helpful and extremely polite. I felt like a real priority.

Great Dealer until recently
This dealer was great when the opened up, they hired locals who treated everyone nice, even wash your car before giving it back to you. They were great to work with. Then towards the end of 2014 all the familiar faces were gone. Last time I had my vehicle in there, I had to complain to management because the service manager was feeding me a line of xx, instead of getting the vehicle scheduled. I ended up having to show them what they had wrong on the option kit they installed, which it turned out was covered by a TSB. Then last week I called because of a fuel consumption issue, same problem with same person. I ended up having to resolve the problem. I complained, and was later accused of cursing. As far as I know the service department tech's are still good. But anyone would be well served to have there vehicle pre-diagnosed by someone else before having any warranty service done.

Great Service and friendly staff
I've always had great service whenever I needed to bring in my cars and the entire team are so very personable and friendly. I use to go to another dealer group in Savannah but I'll never go back to them as long as Mick Reichenbach Chevy is open. The customer service at Mike Reichenbach Chevy is by far head and shoulders

GREAT BUYING EXPERIENCE
I purchased a 2015 Malibu and the service was great. I have worked in a dealership and dealt with several more and I was very impressed with Mike Reichenbach Chevrolet. This was the first dealership that the owner greeted and took the time to talk with every customer that walked in the door. That really caught me off guard in a good way. I wish the dealership was closer so that I could have all my service work done by them. The salesman Ben Long was very attentive and made sure to find the exact car that I was looking for. Great Truck Buying Experience
Just purchased a 2500HD Silverado and love the new vehicle. Al, our salesman spent an enormous amount of time going over all the details of the vehicle, making sure we knew everything about it before leaving. The experience was great. From the time we entered the showroom, until we took delivery on the vehicle we were given professional service, no pressure, and a very friendly, helpful staff navigated us through the buying process. Absolutely positive experience and they worked with us to get the numbers just right without a lot of hassle. Nice to find a place that really cares about it's customers and provides outstanding, courteous service. Will make this my new place for buying vehicle. Thanks for the wonderful experience.
