Truck purchase experience

James was an excellent salesmen. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family. He walked us through the different features of the truck. All questions that we asked, he was able to answer them.

Excellent

Brandon was an amazing help and he took his time to make sure everything was okay with me and my process. The whole Ford family was an extreme help and gave me such a top of the line experience in buying my first car. Everyone should come to this dealership.

My buying experience

My experience with Capital Ford was a pleasant one. My salesman Brandon went above and beyond for me. He returned my calls in a prompt and professional way. He also was willing to stay extra time until my desk was complete. Being a retired custoner service person, when excellent service is given, that person should be recognized

Ford Escape

Jared and Ken were absolutely wonderful to deal with. They made the process easy and painless. The car I wanted was not available on the lot and Jared drove to Winston Salem and had it available the next day.

Smooth sale from start to finish...

Everyone that I made contact with was friendly and attentive. I appreciate that. No questions were left unanswered. The timeliness was prompt and locating my new vehicle had one glitch but it was taken care of.... I will definitely purchase from that dealership in the future!

Steve Johnson from Capital Ford in Charlotte went above and

I got hit on September the 10 and it was the other drivers fault.To make a long story short my car was totaled.I only had it a month.His insurance paid my vehicle off but I had a balance.Well here I am with this balance by the way was high.Now who wants to give me a car now.I will tell you who Capital Ford in Charlotte NC and the wonderful wonderful people there.Especially Steve Johnson.I will be back and will tell everybody I know if you want to get a car go to Capital Ford Charlotte !!!!!!!!!

Great service manager

My central display quit working on my 2014 Fusion. I suppose this is the first of many things I can expect to break. After all, it is a Ford.

I could not ask for better treatment or service. When you have three people Rob, Andrew and Alan taking care of you, how could you ask for for better service.The service was out of this world, 25 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation.For a short time I was King for a day.
