Completely Satisfied!

We recently purchased a 2012 Toyota Tacoma for our son from the Waldorf Chevy/Cadillac Used Car dealership. From the time we drove on the property until the time we left with our vehicle the salesman (Mark), the Sales Manager (Bob) and the Finance Manager (Aaron) were super helpful. This was by far the easiest, no pressure vehicle purchase we have ever made. I highly recommend Mark and the rest of the team at Waldorf Chevy/Cadillac used car sales.

Great experience

I had a great experience here. Mark Stancell was a great help, very patient and gave great advice as to which car would fit me. I referred a friend and they left with a car also and satisfied with the customer service from mark as well. i will definitely return!

Mark Stancil - Customer Service Experience

Mark Stancil had a positive and up beat attitude through out the duration of my visit. Mark appeared to be honest and genuinely concerned with my criteria for purchasing a vehicle. Mark made certain I was comfortable and even provided juice. This kind of customer service is priceless and goes a long way toward my decision to purchase from this dealership. All around great service, buying and car service!!

I have to be at work before your courtesy car service starts and I could not get someone out the house that early to go with me to drop my car off and go the opposite direction of the morning commute. Once I explained the ride issue with Jason and the fact that I had a 'leak' appointment that is only on Monday mornings and that my mileage was 600 miles before its expiration, he offered to take me to work himself and in fact that is what happened. Thanks Jason!!.... I have also purchased 2 cars here and have sent 4 other people here to buy cars and they have rolled away that day from the Used Car Section (ask for Ron Murray, Manager)

Family

My dealer was dealing with family medical issues and was not able to provide face to face service throughout my experience. His fellow dealers stepped and provided me excellent service in his absence. I understand he was still given credit for the sale. Very nice.

Great service department

I didnt have an appointment, but called Dan to see the best way to get my oil changed in a timely manner. He got me in the next day between appointmens and I only waited an hour. Truly a pleasant experience.
