Waldorf Chevrolet Cadillac

in November of 2017 I had some work done on my Suburban at Waldorf Chevrolet. About a month later I noticed another leak in the same area and took it back to the dealership. Initially I was not happy with the response from the service department and left the dealership super frustrated. The next morning I got a call from the service manager. We had an open conversion about the issue and some of the details involved. I was surprised to get the call but further impressed by the service managers dedication to ensure there was a fair outcome for both them and myself. Thank you Dan for trying to explain and thank you Jason for the follow up. Great customer service!

Went in for MSI everything went well from start to finish. The inspector was friendly and knowledgeable and wasn't a crook like most inspection stations can be!!!

Had MSI done great from start to finish. Expected the worst but the inspector was fantastic unlike most who are rip off artistes!!
