I loved working with this dealership, great people to talk to and help ya out. The wait time was a little long but that is okay cause I chatted with them while waiting. I will say this though more knowledge in the scenarios of repair and the products that come with the cars in a repair scenario. So that in future people may know what to expect with repairing the vehicle

Doesnt honor promises
JJ, who is the a manager at the dealership, advised me he would give me a $25 gift card if I came in for test drive. I showed up at the agreed upon date/time. JJ was not in but sales rep assured me JJ would contact me and take care of it when he came in later. Took all of my info as well. Texted JJ later that day and the next day and heard nothing back regarding promised gift card. Emailed sales rep and heard nothing back as well. Bottom line is if they wont honor a commitment of $25, dont trust them with a $20-$50k new car purchase.

My daughter was buying a car and paying for it herself....
My daughter was buying a car and paying for it herself. I went along to help her make a wise decision and because buying a car can be a bit intimidating. We were looking at a used 2019 Hyundai Tucson. The salesman Sam was great and was working with us and helping to get the price where my daughter could afford it. As we are finalizing the deal and about ready to start the actual purchase process, my daughter simply wanted a few minutes to look the car over and drive it again so we could have a few minutes to ourselves to talk. This was a big decision for her and was a considerable amount of money for a young lady that was both working and going to school. I asked if we could have a few minutes and was assured that we could. As we were sitting in the car and talking and I was helping to assure my daughter of all the good points with the vehicle and why it was a good deal and would be a good car for her, the sales manager sent the salesman out to tell us that another couple was looking at the car and whoever signed the paperwork first would be the purchaser of the car. This other couple came in after us and we were already pretty far along in the purchase process. Well, we handed them the keys and took our business elsewhere. We do not need a high-pressure experience. We got a better deal and a better vehicle. Go with a smaller dealership, well really go with any other dealership than Performance Honda in Bountiful Utah. The smaller dealership had better doc fees and the cars were all detailed and had new tires and full inspections. The Tucson at Performance was a nice car and a good deal but had not been detailed and had a few minor cosmetic issues. It looked as if they really did not care about the used inventory or those of us in that car market. I hope the salesman Sam got part of the commission on that sale since the other salesman and his sales manager robbed him of his sale!

Was recently on a cross country road trip and had completed 7,500 miles when I arrived in the Salt Lake City area. Was able to schedule an oil change and tire rotation with Performance Honda. In less than an hour the work was completed entirely to my satisfaction and a very reasonable price. Gave me great comfort on the rest of our trip. Only wish that Tyler and his team were in my home town.

This car dealership needs to be put down. They have the most inconsiderate people working here to start off with. They let me drive off with a vehicle and told me I didnt have to pay anything on it yet bcuz it had to be approved first, well i wasnt contacted for a week and then when I did come in I signed all the paperwork finalized everything and got my hand shook and applauded on my first car buying I was told I could bring the down payment in a few days and I had a tragedy happen and the second I didnt answer THEY LITERALLY STARTED THREATENING ME! It didnt just happen once either. So once they came and took the car back from me forcefully I plead with them to have them hold the car if I came in and dropped more than half the down payment to do so bcuz I had just had my father die and i had to pay for it so i didnt have the last couple hundred dollars left on the down payment and they said to me " we are not holding the car. Bring in all the money no ifs, ands, or buts." And then they sold my car the next day! I literally loath this place and these people for robbing me of the car I fell in love with... I wish I didnt even have to give them one star!..

Dishonest dealership
Not an honest dealership. I can’t believe we didn’t check Yelp before purchasing a used vehicle here. They sold us a lemon. Day after we bought it, it overheated. We took it in and they kept it for over a week and told us they replaced the thermometer. We took it again and the next day it overheated again. Left it there again for over a week and they said it just needed to be cleaned a little better. Once again it overheated. They have had absolutely no intention of fixing the main problem. I didn’t have a good feeling dealing with the salesman. Now after dealing with the mechanics I can see the entire dealership is not honest. This has been an awful experience and now my son has a car he can’t even drive.

I bought a 2019 dodge Ram and it had a few minor repairs it needed and the sales guy Kevin told me don't worry it has a 3 year/36,000 factory warranty. So I bought a extended warranty as well . Took the truck to the shop to get repaired and I find out the truck is from Canada and the warranty is not good in the US. I called the dealer and they basically said sorry but not our problem, use you extended warranty, so I tried that and I cant use that either. So they lied about the factory warranty and sold me an extended warranty that I cant use. So talked to TJ or DJ the GM (complete joke of a manager and has no customer service skills) He said we will work this out, so after a few phones calls and text messages I think he is actually going to make it right, But now he will not respond to any messages. But on my BBB complaint he put that he would work with me. Stay away from these guys ( Kevin and TJ) not good people very dishonest and as soon as they make the sale they forget who you are. Check their reviews on Google and Facebook and you will see what I mean. All these guys had to do is step up and fix two things and problem solved. I wish I could do more to tell people how bad this car lot is and I will tell everyone and use every forum I can to get the word out about what a terrible place this is and how poor the salesman and management are.

NEVER BUY CAR FROM HIM
He apparently lied about the existence of a false bottom for the engine. ‘Out the door’ for the Bradley meant never including the registration fee so you would have to pay extra just 3 seconds before you give them your card or so. He will not give you the spare key because he gave you a discount on the car where EVERY DEALERSHIP OFFERS DISCOUNT FOR SURE. The engine BROKE after a week, the car was almost brand new which was 2019 civic with 6000 miles. Smoke keeps coming out from the bumper and antifreeze was leaking. He ignores all my calls and messages then finally reached out on Sunday, then he will be extremely mad at you because it is his dayoff. I called the office almost every day, but NEVER connect me to the salesman and told me the manager will be calling me shortly but never heard back. I just can’t believe MY CAR ENGINE BROKE AFTER FEW WEEKS which i haven't even drived for more than a week. He will be super nice, friendly and tell you all lies before you buy this car, then will COMPLETLEY IGNORE if you bring up with even small issues which will cause bigger in the near future.

Extra Care by Performance Honda Bountiful
We purchased a 2019 CR-V from Performance Honda in February 2020. The car developed a burning smell that concerned us. We called Performace Honda and they picked up our car at our home to check for problems. The smell came from a plastic bag that we picked up while driving. They did a complete test and inspection of our car and returned it to our home at no charge for the service and inspection. Buying our car from Performance Honda Bountiful is one of the best decisions we’ve made. We recommend them to anyone looking to buy a used or new car.

My daughter and I went there for my car oil change and her immesions and license renewal. Tyler comes and says you need transmission, brake ,etc work done $497, we’re hearing 49.7. She said ok just as well do it. This is a 2018 Honda Pilot bought a year ago from, then. She ends up with a bill of over 600.00 dollars for flushes and etc. what!, my 2014 has never had that done, and her 1998 that was totaled never had that work done. Did they sell us a bad car or did we just get ripped off? Needless to say they lost our service and wishing we could get out of bumper to bumper insurance we’re paying for and will probably never see help or a dime back on that in the future.
