Tyler is the King of Service
I only take my car here.. I pulled up, Tyler said, 'Hey Brian, good to see you'. Seriously, the guy remembered my name, how cool is that? Simple oil change, I waited for it, done in 45 minutes, Tyler texted me that it was ready, and I was out of there. I got to hang out in the waiting room, make some work calls, drink a soda, and I'm gone. Oh, and it was covered by the package, which is also cool. My wife bought a VW, which is another story, but their service department is the complete opposite. Thanks Performance Honda!

Great service & sales
Have had a great experience with service, they communicate and keep you updated. This is a great place to purchase a vehicle and have it serviced. Very friendly. i purchased a used vehicle and the purchase process was painless. I've used their service department ever sense. I Would highly recommend both sales & service

A Great Place to Purchase a Vehicle
We would highly recommend Performance Honda Bountiful. In brief, after having a bad experience with a different Honda dealership, we were contact by Brooks Alger of Performance Honda. Brooks worked with us to get us exactly what we wanted at a price we could afford. He was pleasant and professional. Brooks delivered on everything he committed to. The Finance Manager (Roland Goodrich) was equally pleasant and professional. The experience was so positive, I wish I could purchase another car.

Poor communication and nickle and dime you
Extremely poor communication while car is in service. Didn't diagnose problem and want you to spend an extreme amount of money on a job that takes 10 min of labor and has no parts (software upgrade on car)

Great Service
Great and fast service for a Quick Oil Change. This was our second of three free oil changes that came with the purchase of our used Acura TLX. We do drive over 35 miles, from Lehi, UT, to Bountiful as we do enjoy the quality of service.

Service
Service was performed satisfactorily. Asked that they look at the cost of replacing a noisy heater/ac fan. They looked at the problem and came back with a very inexpensive solution - blew out debris that had collected in the housing. Still noisy but much, much reduced............
