Oil change on a Saturday

I arrived after the service center closed but they were still very nice and took great care of my car. My oil change was done within an hour of me dropping it off on a Saturday. Thanks a lot.

Brent Weinberger was fantastic

Brent was knowledgeable and very friendly. Extremely patient with my kids as well which made our experience very good. Would highly recommend to anyone. Great experience

Nissan Rogue HAPPY

Horrible business manager

Salesman Brent was okay. Business Manager Guy was high pressure and down right rude in forcing added warranty. Seemed like we weren’t leaving or finishing the transaction until we agreed. They negotiate NOTHING.

Oil change

Quick service and thorough check of my vehicle each time. Only recommends repairs that are necessary and I’m always given the option whether I want to go ahead with it.

As usual Sheila does an awesome job and always very informative as to what my car needs or future needs,,and they wash it when done.

Body repair after an accident

We were rear-ended by another car whose insurance accepted 100% liability. However the other insurance gave an extremely low estimate on the repairs and Russ Darrow did a fantastic job in getting all the repairs approved every step of the way. They made sure we had a replacement vehicle that was necessary for my job and made sure that the other insurance covered all of it. They were extremely professional and understood our needs. They made the process go smoothly for us.

Wonderful experience

This dealership had very friendly staff who were very helpful with the process and finding the right car for me. The only issue I had was they could not use my credit union for the loan, but they were able to find me one with about the same interest rate. Overall a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a used vehicle!

Highly recommended

I always have a great experience with Russ Darrow; they made the buying process easy, oil changes are quick and come with some great perks (car wash), and if I have service needs they give me options and honest feedback. Great team there ��
