I had found a car that interested me at Russ Darrow in Appleton, WI. I called and set everything up to test drive the vehicle. Test drive went fine and told the sales person, I was interested in the vehicle, but I had one more care I needed to take a look at the next day before making my final decision and would let him know what I decided to do. He asked me what dealership was the other car was at, so I told him and he didn't quite give me the response I thought a professional employee should have gave. He didn't come out and just totally bashing the other dealership, but his non-verbals and facial cues said it all as if the other dealership was not up to par with Russ Darrow. He stepped away from his desk to talk to his manager. Came back and gave me a story(whether it was true or not, I am not sure) that the son of an employee was also really interested in the vehicle so the car might not be available any more in the next day or so. I assume to put some pressure on my decision about the car. I told him I would let him know what I decided the next day. I left the dealership and within the hour, I received a call from the sales person thanking me for coming in but also reiterated the story of the son of the employee who was also interested in the vehicle. I did not buy the vehicle from Russ Darrow and happened to drive by the dealership the next week and the vehicle I was interested in was still in the lot. I guess, if there was another person interested, they found a different vehicle as well.

This is the second car that I have leased from Russ Darrow It was such a pleasure dealing with all the members at the dealership. The people at the dealership were very nice and it was so quick. Russ Darrow exceeded all my expectation, It really was a great experience.
