My wife and I visited Mike Ortiz with Austin Auto Brokers (AAB) and were immediately impressed by his professionalism and honesty. He answered all our questions, offered good advice and made us feel welcomed. It was the aggressive pricing that drew us to the dealership. It was price, vehicle condition and how we were treated that made the sale for us. He had no qualms showing us competitors pricing for like vehicles. AAB's price beat them all, hands down. He treated us like we were buying a vehicle, not like he was selling one. Thanks, Mike, thanks Austin Auto Brokers, we will be back.

just want to let you know that my dealings with Austin auto brokers went very smoothly. manny and mike took care of my situation in a very timely and friendly manner. I purchased a used dodge truck that I really like. the guys had me come in on a Friday afternoon from Georgetown and if you know me I hate driving into Austin. I was able to sign for the truck and they turned me loose so I could get out quickly. there was a headlight not working on the truck so I took it back to them ,they put me in a loner fixed my light ,and had me back in my truck the next day. I just glad they did not lone me that mini cooper, i would have gone Jason bourne in that thing. thanks guys yall did as right by me as possible. that goes a long way in my book. George pilgrim

Would not recommend this dealership. They have been giving me the run around for the longest after they promised to make repairs to the car I purchased. The customer service was ok but they definitely do not stand by their word. I will never again purchase a vehicle from them.
