The staff I dealt with (both Adam & Mike) we're friendly, answered all of my questions, and gave me a great price on a used vehicle. The process of purchasing a vehicle (for me) is typically not a fun one given all of the paperwork, dealing with insurance companies, banks, etc., but these guys made it quite painless and got me through everything quickly. I'd highly recommend the company and will return to them myself if I choose to upgrade or purchase again.

I was ready to purchase a 4x4 personal truck and after looking at many available options, test driving a few different trucks, talking to my salesman Chris I chose this truck. He answered all my question, he even played a game with my 10 year old daughter while we were waiting. Bought a Nissan Armada from Auto Star under the impression the vehicle had not been in any accidents after insurance company and car fax .the Nissan Armada had been in two accidents. I contacted Shane King after purchasing this vehicle for $21,150. I informed Shane King off the sales papers that cam with the Nissan stating that this Nissan has not been in any accidents. Also notified him of the auto star logo one in the accident report. Darric Kamp manager also notified. And now neither Darric or Shane will not contact me nor will thy fix the issues. Do not buy a vehicle form auto star.

I arrived at the lot with a preapproval from Capital One and had inquired about a car on their website posted for a particular price. When I got to the lot, they stated that it was the wrong price and gave me a new price that was $1500 higher. Once we negotiated about that, they decided to honor the original price listing. Repeatedly, I told the salesman and the credit manager that they could only send my credit application to Capital One. Today, after checking my credit reports, they sent my information to 4 other loan providers. Everyone beware, they do not respect your wishes and try to trick you into paying extra while driving your credit score down. I had done a review yesterday previous to knowing the full details. Buyers beware, take your own outside financing and do your research before visiting this lot.

I saw the Tahoe on the lot... the title was not available yet (recent trade). Dee said she’d call as soon as they received.... she did exactly as she promised and now it’s mine! It was a very easy, hassle free process. Tahoe only came with one Key/fob set, they had another key and fob made for me at no additional cost. Thanks!

The people were friendly. I felt like they were honest and worked hard to get me in the car I wanted. I didn’t feel rushed to make a decision but they worked very quickly to get the deal done. I couldn’t be happier.
