Terence provided my family the best car buying experience I have ever had. We had called ahead to ensure the vehicle we were interested in was still available since we live an hour away. As we were driving to the dealership, it began raining and just would not stop which dampened the mood as well. When we arrived, we walked in and there was Terence with the vehicle pulled inside out of the rain and he was finishing washing it off himself. We were able to take our time and check the vehicle out properly without having to worry about the weather. Terence also did an excellent job guiding my wife during the test drive since we were in an unfamiliar area. Terence was extremely professional and you could not ask for someone more courteous and down to earth. I don't believe I have ever seen my wife so happy on a rainy day. Thank you Terence!

I was a little undecided as to what kind of vehicle that I wanted and they were so helpful and patient. My salesman seemed very knowledgeable about several brands and was able to help me pick out a vehicle that was perfect for me. I will definitely be back in the future!

Bella is a person all her own. Friendly and does everything she can to get the"deal"done. I would recommend AutoStar of Canton to anyone who is in the market for a vehicle, whether it be a new or used one. But just like all dealerships, take a lunch, as it can be a long process! But I didn't have to worry about that either, lunch was Bojangles and sweet tea, not saying everyone will get a free meal, but I did and had a good time getting to know my NEW vehicle in the parking lot going round and round trying to remember how to drive a manual shift!!!! What a HOOT!!!!! 😁 What I wrote in the beginning of this transaction was true, but I can see why now they want you to do it right away. After all of this back and forth with the calls to my husband in South Dakota, and being assured I could leave with the car as I had planned, WELL it didn't happen that way. They not only lied on the sales papers as to where my husband lived, but they ended up taking the car back because they didn't do their job like it should have been done. I regret ever meeting these people. If I could, I would get them fired.
