Our servicing experience was great. When we arrived for...

Our servicing experience was great. When we arrived for our appointment, the paper work was ready and waiting. Our car was taken in right away. We elected to wait. The waiting area is very nice and the wait time was what we expected. The staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable. We were very happy with the servicing. Job well done!

F150 service

Paid premium for CPO vehicle. Purchased comprehensive warranty for well over $2k. Took vehicle in for specific repair (wheel bearing). Check in response was "diagnostic fees" and "maybes" rather than verification of coverage. I took this approach as a WARRANTY DODGE and lost my patience which I later apologized for. In the end the repair was completed satisfactorily under warranty as expected. (Note to dealership: salespersons can do the best job but service customer relations determines if there will ever be a REPEAT sale)

Ford customer for 37 years

I have had a lot of experience with the the people at this dealership. I have been treated fairly and with respect in all this time.. I have never had to go back with a problem a second time. The people in the service department have always bee able to explain any problems I have had with my cars which has been very few. I would recommend this dealership to any one..

I recently had service done at Crossroads Ford in Fuquay-Varina, NC. The team replaced the recalled air bags and also did the state required inspection. I received shuttle service back to my home and also returned to take me to dealership when work was finished

2015 Focus work

Had recall and warranty work done. Everything went well and am happy. Drop off was simple and pickup was simple. They did what they said they would do; no surprises or getting the runaround.
