Had noises coming from front end suspension/steering. Of three shops that looked at my car, Crossroads Ford-F/V was the only one that correctly discovered what the problem was and fixed it. First shop wanted $2150 to replace many steering components. Second shop found nothing wrong. Crossroads Ford-F/V identified the real problem and fixed it.

Repair service for my Ford Edge
Had to have my car towed and was close to closing. They weren?t sure when they could get to it. Gave me a ride to rent a car and called the next day to let me know the problem was resolved even though they were vey busy and I just showed up with my towed car. I was pretty sure it would be some time the following week before hey could get to it. Not only did they get it done in a very timely manner, they saved me from having to keep my rental a lot longer. I so appreciate them getting to my car so quickly and being so professional with a very personal touch!

Slowness
Time taken for an oil change is slow... one hour with an appointment is unacceptable. No more than a half hour for this service should be the norm. Price is also high.

Good work
Kent Honeycutt did a great job handling the purchase of my new vehicle. Kent was very attentive and very professional throughout the deal making sure we were on the same page.. Kent also did a great job following up on the sale to make sure I was satisfied with the purchase and didn't need anything/prob one of the most involved/yet not bothersome salesperson ive ever had. I would definitely be a returning customer as long as I can deal with Kent again. Felt like the Finance Manager could use some good/extra training from the customer service department; but overall great experience.

Outstanding
After having the worst experience I gave ever been through at a different dealership (not a Ford dealer), I found an Escape at Crossroads Fuquay that I liked. I called to ensure the Escape was still available and it was.everyone from Sales, Sales Mgmt and Finance have been outstanding to work with. I hope the Service Team is as great as the rest of the staff. I feel certain that they will be. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a vehicle. It is great to know that there are still businesses that treat their customers and potential customers with integrity and respect.

SCAMMERS
SCAMMERS! SCAMMERS! SCAMMERS! I'm sad to say Kent Honeycutt at Crossroads Ford of Fuquay-Varina ,NC and Kim did a great job of selling me a barely used 2018 Truck with 9000 miles. I flew to NC and signed the deal to drive the Truck back to Florida. Fairly smooth event-free transaction and I was on my way home after 3 hours. Kent and I took a short test drive and it was basically new. New car ozone smell and all and I was on the road back to Florida. Here's the issue. They are horrible with after the sale issues and proven to be SCAMMERS! Seems someone at the dealership took this Truck in on a repo and had this "in demand diesel" Truck on their lot for over 60 days. They Dropped the price on the phone from $38k'ish to $34500. WOW, that seems too good to be true but I made my flight arrangements after they sent me pictures of a very new looking truck. After getting home, the truck sat for a day until my daughters came home. She is just getting her license and wanted to drive it (not knowing my surprise for her 16th). When we started the truck the cigarette smoke smell was overwhelming. I was stunned this happened. I drove a truck for 11 hours and while never smelling anything but new car smell. I called Kent first thing. He listened and would have the GM Scott SALZMAN call me. He also suggested I take it to my local GMC dealer to see if they could do a cabin filter change and run some cleaner through the AC. He also suggested having the floor mats and headliner cleaned. I did as he suggested and the local dealership said they would have to charge me $150 for the cleaning service. I called Kent back days later as the GM Scott SALZMAN or Kent had not called back. I texted and left voice messages. KENT HONEYCUTT refused to address my issue. I called the Dealership and Kim was kind enough to transfer me to Kent. Boy was he surprised to hear my voice. Basically, he said the GM didn't care and the Truck was sold as-is. It was no longer their issue. So my what could have been a great review, I'm glad I waited to see their true colors. SCAMMERS! My complaint is not with the truck or the deal. My complaint is they knew the truck had a smoker, could sell the truck and dropped the price when they had an out of state buyer knowing they could pull a fast one on me. Buyer beware of Kent Honeycutt as your salesperson for sure. And knowing how the GM (Scott SALZMAN) refused to speak to me OR return my calls, I would spend my money elsewhere since the Customer Service I was provided was horrendous and none existent.
