2006 Mustang

Upfront and on target with initial estimate . Kept me informed as work progressed. The only challenge was getting calls through to the Service dept to set appointment and return their calls. Overall a very good experience and will be going back.

Excellent customer service and transparency of work

Had a sensor throw up the "gold wrench" indicator on my 2012 F150. Took into to crossroads and they quickly determined that it was a wiring harness to the automatic transmission that had gone bad and unfortunately it was not covered under warranty which was going to cost me over $1000 in parts and labor and the part was a special order part. They lent me a brand new F150 for the week which was a pleasant surprise while they waited on the part. On the day of the repair I received great news that the part/labor warranty had been extended to 150K miles which put my balance to zero. I am not sure if they made my case to the manufacturer or what happened in the weeks time, but I sure appreciated them being the customer advocate !

No "Grind-Down", Very professional.

GM Scott Salzman and Internet Sales Consultant Joseph Reinis treated me very well, thanks to prompt, accurate pre-sale email quotes and delivery of my 460 HP hot-rod! The experience was no-pressure, professional, polite, and attentive!

The service dept has been very good here. i have only had oil changes done, but when there is a problem i will bring it here to be fixed.

Great Ford service

I have a 2004 F-150 and was nervous about having some possibly major repairs done at an unknown (to me) dealership. They exceeded my expectations and I will be using them again. They communicated in detail, kept me in the loop, didn't try to sell extras or warranties, and performed excellent work as quoted.

Long service times

I bought may transit van in December. There was a rebate for shelving once I purchased it and had it installed by an outside vender. I turned in my receipt 3 times and still have not received my rebate. I took my van in to get an oil change. I had an appointment set up ahead of time. I told them I would be waiting for it when I set the appointment and also when I dropped it off. I still waited 1-3/4 hours for a simple oil change.

Love Crossroads Ford in Fuquay!

This is now the third car I have purchased with Crossroads. I keep going back because the service is amazing and they do what they can to make sure I am happy with my purchase, service, etc. I will continue to keep my business with them!
