Great service from Crossroads Ford in Fuquay NC

We came to learn about electric cars, but saw yellow Mustang GT and we had a great experience of buying it. The sale person Paul was very professional and knowledgeable. We were very pleased and will recommend to our friends.

THE SERVICE ADVISOR I DEALT WITH WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EXPLAINED TO ME ABOUT THE RECALL CHECK AND WHAT HAD TO BE DONE. I DO HAVE A BIT OF PROBLEM WITH A PENDING RECALL ON THE DOOR LOCKS NOT LOCKING OR ALLOWING THE DOORS TO SHUT PROPERLY WHEN IN FREEZING AND DAMP WEATHER,THE SERVICE ADVISOR REPLIED THAT THEY HAVE SEE THE F-150 DO THIS PROBLEM I DISAGREE IF IS KNOWN THEN FIX MY TRUCK WHILE I WAS AT THE DEALERSHIP, THIS PROBLEM HAS HAPPENED 1 TIME SO FAR TO MY TRUCK I DID NOT MAKE THIS PROBLEM UP

We had to take our 2018 Expedition in for a follow up to a previous visit. The Crossroads of Fuquay service team was extremely busy and scheduling an appointment was challenging over the next couple of weeks simply because their schedule was full. Brent worked directly with me to get time scheduled and took the time to understand exactly what we were experiencing with our Expedition. He was also clear that we would have to leave the vehicle for several days simply because of how busy their schedule was. He called every day and kept us informed. We have the Expedition back and everything seems to be working well. Brent was the key to our experience
