My Service Agent was very nice. He gave me discounts and when I researched, their price was much lower than their competitors. The agent also explained the work in detail.

Good overall company, was not impressed with the staff at the Fuquay office very impersonal as it relates to customer service.

This last experience was great. So many times when I go to a dealership, the people customers meet with present themselves well, but don't know much about cars. They also are very dismissive of any diagnosis you have already done. If I go to a dealership I'm going because they have tooling and expertise I don't have. On this visit my diagnosis and thoughts were give great respect and the service advisor Jordan Morshed was hands on. He came and looked at my vehicle and crawled underneath. The work thus far has been trouble free.

Very professional and attentive. Quick oil change too, I was out in an hour. It’s true I’ve been waiting for a Ford recall for almost, if not a year, so I’m hoping the parts will be in Soon.

I am new to the area and hated leaving my previous dealership but soon found out that the people at Crossroads Fuquay are amazing! The service department is great and when I started thinking about a trade the salesman was extremely helpful and patient without being pushy. The sales manager and financial person were also wonderful to work with. I love my new vehicle and my new dealership!
