Vehicle is running fine. Quick resolution to my problem. Loaner provided while my car was being repaired. I am satisfied with how my issue was handled.

Allen Boyd was phenomenal then and has continued to be throughout the years just as he was this time. In Fuquay, I was cheerfully greeted by Morgan Cole who made sure I had the pleasure of working with Jerry Egger and Derek Reavis. Both Derek and Jerry made my buying experience stress-free and pleasurable. The process was smooth. In the Finance department, Frank Nappi went above and beyond to ensure my finance process was clear, easy and comfortable. Jerry made sure I didn't leave anything in my trade such as sunglasses, cd, garage door opener, etc. He transferred my plates, got my purchase cleaned and filled with gas, went over all of the features and how to use them, thanked me for my business as did Derek Reavis, and then off I drove. called on a Thursday and got a appointment on Friday... Nice friendly service.... they do Quality work and usually doesn’t take too long which is very nice .

Good experience with the service department at crossroads Ford. Price quoted correctly and work was done as expected. Staff was pleasant and knowledgeable.

Very nice and professional staff and very responsive. My only concern is that the quoted repair cost seemed excessively high. The charge for a diagnosis was also high.
