Neil the Manager did a great job in resolving an issue...

Neil the Manager did a great job in resolving an issue that I had! Although he did a great job with customer service, there still is an issue with the vehicle, a rattling noise that is obvious to hear. We have to bring the car back to have this resolved.

Robbie was great to work with. Very helpful the entire way through! I arrive a few weeks ago looking into new trucks. Robbie answers any questions I had, without pushing me. Made me feel comfortable. A few weeks later I returned and wanted to work with Robbie. He made the process very easy. I would prefer to work with Robbie moving forward!

They fixed what I needed and did a good install on my Appleplay. I also was able to use a nice loaner until the parts were in and my car was completed.

New to the triangle area via NJ, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the service at Crossroads in Fuquay! Finding honorable Car Salesmen nowadays is scarce, but Crossroads Fuquay and specifically Robbie Dupree are exceptions to the rule. No hassle, true to their word, and an A+ service department. Aces across the board!

Crossroad Ford Fuquay Varina NC

Every single employee that my family encountered during the process of purchasing our Ford Escape were very professional and friendly. They made us feel that we were a part of the Crossroads Ford Family. They never once hesitated to answer any questions no matter how seemingly unimportant they were that my grandsons had (one is an adult the other is 13 years old and autistic) This was not the first nor the last vehicle I have purchased through the years from them. They are the first dealership I recommend whenever someone I know is looking to buy a vehicle.
