Very nice and professional staff and very responsive. My only concern is that the quoted repair cost seemed excessively high. The charge for a diagnosis was also high.

I've been using this Ford dealer's service department...
I've been using this Ford dealer's service department since 2007. Ellis and others there have always been pleasant and professional. In the past there was a rewards program that offered every 5th oil change free of charge, but when the dealer ownership changed hands, that rewards program disappeared. A similar rewards program for frequent and loyal customers would be appreciated.
