Great Experience

I had a great experience getting my 2019 F150 from Crossroads Ford in Fuquay. Robbie was super helpful with the process and helped me find a truck at one of their other dealerships when they didn?t have exactly what I wanted on site. They even sent someone to the other dealership to drive it back to Fuquay. Everyone was super friendly and it was a great experience.

I had three recalls on my car and I took my car on...

I had three recalls on my car and I took my car on Thursday afternoon after 5, my appointment was for Friday morning. So I dropped off the car and Torris was very kind, she acknowledged that I was there and that she would be with me directly. My car was taken and I was call to let me know that my car would be ready Saturday because they did not have a part there they need to complete the repair. I was very happy with my experience.

Crossroads Ford of Fuquay-Varina, NC

We went to look at a 2020 Ford Edge that was shown as the Crossroads courtesy vehicle. While we were driving around the lot and looking in the vehicle windows not one salesman came to bother us. We always refer to them as vultures! When we decided we wanted to ask questions we drove to the front where we encountered a salesman in route o another car. He said he'd be glad to help us. We got our questions answered, test drove the vehicle without any salesman with us, and went back to make a deal. To my surprise they said they could get it ready while I signed the paperwork. My husband got everything out of our car and with in THREE hours from the time we left our house until we drove off of their lot the deal was done! This was the fastest, easiest car buying experience I've ever had. There was no pressure and they were nothing but helpful and friendly. Thank you to our salesman Robbie Dupree and to the rest of the Crossroads staff! We appreciate doing business with you.
