Great Dealership

The salesman was very friendly and polite. He made me feel important as did everyone there. This was my third car purchase from Williams.

Great Service Staff

I was very impressed with the service department staff's attitude. They did their best to see that they could repair my truck for the lowest cost. The attitude that they have will be considered when I buy replacements to my vehicles.

Great Service !!!

everyone treated my with respect. I have been at other dealers in the past who have acted like I didn't know what I was talking about. There is none of that with Williams.

Great experience overall

Matt was the perfect salesman in that I knew exactly what I wanted and he immediately accommodated me and the whole sale lasted about ten minutes.

Great new car buying experience

Seamless deal. Excellent sales team. Stayed way past closing to finish all the paperwork so I could take my new SUV home. Great experience from beginning to end. Would highly recommend Williams Toyota.

Great service

I came in after my 2012 Highlander battery went dead. You checked it out and found the battery was in good shape and charged it some more. No financial charge.

Excellent Service

Met us at the door. Service dept. was ready for us at our scheduled time. They were nice to take us over to TGIF, so we could eat lunch while the truck was being serviced.

Scheduled servicing

I was informed that likely by my next appointment the filters would need replacing- no pressure to do so now, all staff were very genial and knowledgeable about anything I asked them about... Thank you!
