Great buying experience in a comfortable, upscale
Great buying experience in a comfortable, upscale environment. Danny, our “client adviser” (salesman) was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Mike, the “director “ (manager) was also very cordial. The experience was much less high pressure and lower stress than in our prior car shopping/buying experiences with other dealers & salespeople. The Braman dealership has a well deserved reputation for quality service and professionalism and they delivered. I highly recommend Braman and, specifically, our salesman Danny Acosta at the West Palm Beach location.

Mini palm beach don't go there
Service is a disaster. Virtually no.communication. Mis leading billing. Unprofessional. No one cares. BMW SHOULD DO SOMETHING. THIS DEALER DOES NOT ADD ANY LUSTER TO THE BMW BRAND. BMW SHOULD BE EMBARRASSED
