Deb Kruger was extremely knowledgeable about her product. She walked me through each of the models and knew everything there was to know about them. My husband commented that she was the first sales person to know more about the cars than him (he is an avid car enthusiast and reads every car magazine under the sun). She was able to find all of the cars that met our needs and showed them to us and she was helpful in explaining the economics of leasing vs. owning. She is friendly, easy to talk to, approachable, with a very high level of knowledge and professionalism. She walked us through all aspects of the car, every button, programmed the Bluetooth and she even called after two days to see if we had questions. I would recommend Deb Kruger as a sales person to anyone in the market for a Mini or other Braman vehicle.Great experience.

Awesome!!! That's how I would describe my experience with Braman Palm Beach and with Deb in particular. In addition to being very professional, Deb was very warm and accomodating and well informed about her product. She facilitated quite a long and thorough test drive and even allowed the person accompanying me to drive the car as well, which definitely helped in my decision to go with a Mini. I never felt pressured to buy, (which is quite different from other dealers/car companies), and Braman worked with me to find a package that would fit my budget. Deb definitely added her own personal touch - decorated my Mini, even took pics for us, and helped me sync my bluetooth to my car! I've always wanted my own Mini Cooper, and Braman and Deb made it possible :)

We were looking for a new car but had not decided what we wanted yet. We were met promptly by Gary Rockoff who was very nice and accommodating and we did not feel pressured into buying a car. We test drove a Mini Hardtop. We loved the car, but what was great was that Gary new everything about the car (we had test driven a car by another dealership/brand of car and were left with a lot of questions) and Gary could answer all our questions. He was friendly and patient. We were still looking at other cars. Gary followed up with us and we were pleased with his further assistance. We returned to Braman Motors and bought the Mini Hardtop. The process was easy and we feel we could not have been more fortunate to have Gary working with us. Our overall experience was great and you can not beat the price and fun of a Mini. Halfway between the ordering of my new mini and it's delivery, my original sales consultant left the dealership; Deb Krueger took over for him. I couldn't have been treated better. She was so very friendly, kind and helpful. Deb was determined to keep me in the loop about my car's production. I had been sharing a car with my 16yo son so was very anxious to receive my new car. When car was complete and I met Deb, I felt as if I had known her forever. Deb was very knowledgable about the car and appreciated that no one wants to spend forever at a dealership. She had everything organized and ready to go and spent as much time as I needed to acclimate me to my new car. She was precise and to the point again understanding that most folks are anxious to drive their new car and not spend unnecessary time at the dealership. One last thing that was an over the top special thing: there were balloons tied inside my car and two congratulations signs in the windshield. She also moved the car to a spot a bit more secluded as many people that were coming in to the dealership kept touching my beautiful kite blue convertible and she wanted it to be perfectly untouched when I arrived.
