Deb, Braman, and service have been wonderful to work with!! I feel I received a fair to good trade in on my car, and I love my new Mini Clubman!!!

Deb Krueger was very knowledgeable and friendly. She made my buying experience most excellent (especially compared with my previous new car buys). Deb approached me immediately out on the lot on my first visit. I was shown all the models of cars and the differences of the 5 cars i was interested in were shown to me side by side so it was easy to compare. These were e-mailed to me by Deb and this made it easier to make my selection. This service I believe was above and beyond what most sales persons would do. I was treated with respect by the entire staff at Braman. My experience the next day at a VW dealership down the street was horrible. No sales person wanted to assist me. Finally one guy came and he passed me off to another guy and then I was passed off to yet another guy just trying to test drive a car. The atmosphere at Braman made me feel like I would want to bring my car in for service and a place I would want to give my business to. 10 stars out of 10 stars for my entire experience at Braman Mini. I totally connected with Deb.
